Create a structure (wire/newspaper/mod mesh) then cut mod roc to required lengths, dip into water and cover the 'form' smoothing the plaster to the surface as you go
For a glossy 'waterproof' finish decorate with acrylic paint or use PVA to seal the surface if decorated with ready mixed paint
