Caligo Safe Wash Relief Inks are oil-based but they can be washed away safely with liquid hand soap and water. You don t need solvents to clean up these inks. They are suitable for all types of relief or block printing, for example woodcut and wood engraving, letterpress and linocut. The oil is made from linseed which produces the consistency, tack and results for printmakers.
