The b3 is the range topping model in the b Series, and while assembled in Yamaha's Indonesian factory it in fact shares many components with the Japanese built model U1. The design is based on that of the U1, including a solid spruce soundboard and 5 back-posts but with an emphasis on balancing performance and value for money.
At 121cm tall it offers longer strings and a larger soundboard area than the smaller b2, delivering a more refined tonal quality, while longer keys allow for a more responsive touch.
In a traditional style cabinet and available in a range of attractive finishes the b3 is a perfect choice for the progressing pianist and is always on display in our showroom.
Also available with Silent Technology - allowing you to play silently, using headphones, any time of day or night.
