Introducing the MMX Student Violin outfit

The Student series of MMX instruments offers unrivalled value for money. Each instrument is carefully constructed in the MMX workshop in Beijing from selected materials to produce reliable instruments which support and encourage learning. Violins at this price point are usually finished with a plastic lacquer, but MMX instruments receive an oil-based varnish which provides a desirable finish and improves resonance. The final set up and preparation is performed by our in-house string experts. The soundpost is set to the correct position, the bridge adjusted to fit the top of the violin perfectly, and the pegs worked in to allow maximum stability and ease of tuning. On top of this, we also fit the MMX Student with a set of D€™addario prelude strings to help this instrument really sing. This violin comes complete as an outfit and as well as being supplied fully set up, it includes a professional quality MMX bow, a hard case, and some rosin. The instrument is available in a variety of sizes.
