This gives you the ability to not only attach two external microphones for crystal clear 4-track recording, but also to swap and change the included X/Y mic capsule for any compatible Zoom mic capsule for your specific needs.
Compatibility is key, which is why the Zoom Q8N4K has the ability to connect to your computer for live streaming to Facebook, YouTube, Twitch and more. The Q8n Control app for IOS also allows you to remote control the device, or to output the audio to an IOS mobile device for seamless podcasting, or streaming (BTA-1 bluetooth adaptor required).

With the Zoom X/Y mic capsule and two XLR inputs, you can capture up to four tracks of simultaneous, crystal-clear audio.
To capture perfectly synced audio that highlights your bands best sound, simply run the main outputs of your mixing desk right to your Q8N4K.
The Q8n4k is compatible with Zoom interchangeable mic capsules, including the new ZXAH8 and ZVRH8
The camera records in 4K resolution at 30fps as standard. With the F2.8/150º wide-angle lens, five field of view settings and brightness adjustments, the Q8N4K produces vivid video quality at every shoot.
Presets include: Indoor, Outdoor, Night time and Concert Lighting. Or, just keep it on auto to optimise lighting depending on your environment.
The Li-ion battery included will record for approximately 1hr20min in 4K and over 2hr30 in 1080p. You can also charge via USB or with an optional AC adaptor. The Zoom Q8N4K records to a mini-SD card up to 512GB (not included).
The Q8n Control app for iOS allows you to remotely monitor your levels as well as start and stop recording.
