This flute is an ideal option if you are beginner and it is good enough to take you all the way through to beyond Grade 5 standard.
The Jupiter 700UE flute is very popular with teachers and students as it has a suberb, warm tone which is in part due to the solid silver lip riser; an unusual feature for a flute of this level.
It has closed holes making it much easier for beginners to produce a consistently good sound without having any leaks and squeaks. It also comes with both a curved and straight headjoint which enables the student to start learning at a young age but to progress to a straight head once their hands can reach, without having to purchase a whole new flute.
The body is ergonomic and up-to-date in the sense that it has a C footjoint, an offset G and a 'split e' mechanism.
It is supplied with a moulded hard case with enough space for both headjoints, and cleaning rod and polishing cloth.
The case cover has a integral handle which makes it easy to transport to practice, orchestra or rehearsals.
