2kg Med Ball Challenge PAK

Sportshall event rules are used for this exciting challenge. Core throwing skills are developed and tested using the appropriate resistance weights for each age group. Designed for teachers and coaches, these easy to use PAKs contain full event details, performance tables, and Graduated measuring mats so a full class can be accommodated during one session. The protective carrying bag contains: 5 x 2kg vinyl med balls, 2 x 10m Graduated Measuring Mats, Activity Cards and ring binder.
