Porkka ice flakers incorporate an indirect belt-drive system which allows for ease of servicing. High grade (304 S 01) stainless steel body eliminates dangers of rusting. - Bodywork made from stainless steel grade 304 S 01 All internal components are either of ABS (food grade) plastic or materials for use with potable water Optional water cooled condensers Fully automatic machines are fitted with mains off/on switch A bin thermostat on integral models and an electronic eye on modular machines shut the system off when the storage bin is full
