Scotsman Ice Cube Maker ACM25 - Supplied Without a Plug - The Scotsman® AC series of self-contained, undercounter ice makers produce unique, thimble shaped cubes which are very hard and very pure. Supercubes are made by spraying the water upwards into a supercooled inverted mould. Inverting the mould ensures that any sediment or impurities in the water are removed by gravity, leaving only pure water which creates a crystal-clear cube which is very hard with a slow melt rate.
