Orders & Delivery Timelines
frontieredu.info “One Stop Shop for all Educational Needs Supplies” is easy to order and delivery service is aimed at 100% customer satisfaction.
frontieredu.info will update the product list on its website to show only those products that are available. If products become unavailable, those product listings are temporarily removed from the website until the product is again available.
All orders for items in stock will be delivered within 5 working days, where working days are defined as all days of the week except - Fridays, Saturdays & public holidays. While we try hard to ensure that all deliveries take place on time, elements like traffic and weather may contribute to late delivery.
frontieredu.info will deliver in pre-defined areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits. Eventually, delivery will be extended to encompass the entire UAE.
frontieredu.info will send you an email detailing the products ordered and estimated date and time for delivery. Delivery will be made to the address provided when the order was made. All items are delivered by frontieredu.info.
frontieredu.info provides customers with an option of picking from our warehouse at DIC Dubai during working days/hours i.e. Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm with prior appointment
Delivery Terms:
- Orders over AED 500 – Free Delivery in the pre-defined areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits.
- Orders less than AED 500 – A delivery charge of AED 50 will be applicable. Alternately the customer can choose to pick up the order from our warehouse at DIC Dubai.
Order Acceptance
frontieredu.info follows certain criteria for order acceptance. frontieredu.info reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order made at frontieredu.info for any reason whatsoever. Unavailability of stocks, errors in pricing or product information, or unlawful transactions may result in the order being canceled. We'll keep you updated if anyone of the product(s) you ordered may fall under that above criteria prior to the order shipment or if additional information is required to accept the order. The customer will only be informed about the unavailable product only after the packing is done. The customer agrees not to dispute and agree that the decision by frontieredu.info is final in such instances. If there is any refund in your order or your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the same amount will be credited back to your credit card within 72 hours from our side.
Disclaimer: The refund amount will be credited to the customer's card dependent on the banks' policy, but the bank to bank transfer will take up to two to three business days.
Order Cancellations By The Customer
Canceling an order before shipping is possible but subject to certain terms and conditions. Please contact the customer service team on [email protected] for your specific order. In case orders cannot be canceled, the customer agrees not to dispute and agree that the decision of frontieredu.info is final in such instances.
Unlawful Transactions
frontieredu.ae reserves the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges and lawyers' fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. frontieredu.info reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Of Products Made By Credit Card
frontieredu.info reserves the right to cancel/block any order where we believe that the cardholder is not the actual recipient. In such cases, the cardholder can email us at [email protected] with a scanned copy of the cardholder's Emirates ID and a statement on who can claim the product you purchased with your card.
Returns And Refund Policies
Items once purchased will not be returned and no refund shall be made unless found faulty during delivery.
frontieredu.info guarantee relates to the quality and durability of the product sold. In case the product is faulty at the time of delivery, frontieredu.info will replace the product(s). You can also obtain a refund if you prefer that to a replacement. This will be applicable only with prior authorization and goods should be in a sellable condition, which will be checked by our Quality Assurance department.
